There is very simply made yoga Shala in a little jungle. With the sounds of birds and sounds of rising from the ocean will give you a side support deepen in your yoga meditation practices. Yoga instructor Chanaka Rukshan and his family welcome to you always with smile face and open heart. At the end of yoga meditation session on you can enjoy Sri Lankan herbal tea with free of charge. Who is chanaka Rukshan
Chanaka Rukshan is the chief yoga and meditation instructor at Rukshan yoga studio. He is one of the most famous yoga teachers in Sri Lanka. He is conducting Unique and Authentic yoga style with his experiences.He started his yoga journey in the year 1997.
