Our each general yoga class takes 90 minutes.

Wear a pair of comfortable pants and a T-Shirt. Sri Lanka is a tropical country. Because of that cotton clothes are more suitable.
Please bring bottle of water, your own yoga Mat and towel. If you haven’t yoga mat you can buy new one or Hire from yoga studio.
